Engineering capability, visible on the floor.
A 4,000 m² facility built for precision mold components, with turning, milling, EDM, wire EDM and profile grinding under one quality system.
CNC · EDM · WEDM · Grinding
The machine is only useful when the sequence is right.
Hardened carbide, fine features and tight fits rarely come from a single operation. Our process planning links material condition, heat treatment, grinding allowance and inspection so each operation supports the next.
“The critical feature decides the route: turning for round form, grinding for fit, EDM for hard geometry, and inspection where the drawing demands evidence.”Mingyi engineering / process planning

One part can cross several disciplines.
We combine processes as the geometry requires, rather than forcing the part through a single machine.
CNC turning
Pins, sleeves, bushings, shafts and round or turned geometries with controlled concentricity.
CNC milling
Inserts, plates, pockets, slots and custom prismatic details with multi-axis machining.
Precision grinding
Profile, surface and cylindrical grinding for fit, finish and hard-material edge geometry.
Die-sinking EDM
Fine cavities, sharp internal corners and hard-material features that cannot be cut practically.
Slow-feed wire EDM
Accurate profiles, split details and thin-wall geometry with minimal cutting force.
Inspection
CMM, height gages, vision and surface measurement applied to the features specified on the drawing.
Technical questions answered before the quote.
The RFQ is a review point, not a hand-off to an anonymous production queue.
Manufacturability & tolerance
We review geometry, critical features and tolerance stack-up before confirming the process.
Grade & treatment guidance
Material and hardness are matched to wear conditions, impact and required service life.
Prototype to repeat order
The approved sample and drawing become the baseline for ongoing batch inspection.
Where the parts are made.
Production, EDM and metrology sit close together on the same floor, shortening the feedback loop between machining and inspection.
